[Fiware-data] [Fiware-standardization] Standardization_Plan_D11 4c - progress so far

Hi,

We are quite active in standardization of XML3D and related
technologies. However, I have not inserted anything yet into the table,
as I was not sure if this is appropriate yet (WP13 is just starting). I
can still do so, if you like.
