[Fiware-data] Release of R3 documents to public wiki

Dear all,
All the Release 3 guides (IAG, UTP, UPG) have been delivered to the public wiki and linked from the “Materializing page”. I did my best to have everything properly ported, but I beg you to double check the pages of your generic enablers and check that your latest changes (including updated figures) are properly copied to the public wiki and linked from [1] . Should you find any error, please let me know as soon as possible.
