[Fiware-data] Roadmap

Hi all,

I tried to work with the Data chapter Roadmap and noticed that some of the chapters have been duplicated for some reason. I removed the duplicated chapters and tried to keep all changes made after the duplication. But to ensure that all relevant changes are still there, please double-check your latest changes to the Roadmap: https://forge.fi-ware.org/plugins/mediawiki/wiki/fiware/index.php/Roadmap_of_Data/Context_Management
