Dear Manuel,

I appreciate a lot your effort and support (also by Santi) to complete the set of items that are currently necessary, however I believe that at least for what concerns I2ND, creating all the work items you list in the template page is not completely meaningful, as for many GEis the instance creation and their inclusion in the catalogue is not necessary.
This would therefore result in a number of tickets wich are unnecessary.

I suggest the following: tomorrow I'll discuss this point with my Gianmario, who's taking care of the I2ND item issues, and we'll agree with you and Santi what is the set of work items which needs to be created in the I2ND backlog.

As you know we keep working on this hot topic as well.

After some cooperative thinking with my workmate Santi (cc’d), and considering the structure of the spreadsheet maintained by Stefano, we’ve updated the template for the work items to be created for this hot topic.

In order to speed up the creation process, Santi is about to start creating those work items with your permission. If you had any objection, please, let us know.
The work items will be left as open so that you can schedule them, and will be assigned to your work package leader, who will reassign them appropriately.

I hope you find it all acceptable. We think this way can be more effective. Obviously, if you had any objection, please, let me know.
