The document is now blocked for edition. Dear developers,

In the following spread sheet you will find some important details about the different FI-WARE Generic Enablers for which you have shown some interest.

You will find the following information:


·         Availability. Although you all have crawled FI-WARE web site and there is quite a lot of information about the different Generic Enablers, the actual availability is different for each of them.

o   FI-LAB. It includes how the GE is available in http://lab.fi-ware.eu/.  To be part of FI-LAB the GEs pass through additional quality assurance mechanisms, what provides an additional guarantee of availability and usability. The information in this column specifies:

§  FI-LAB Portal . If the GE is available as part of FI-LAB portal, and therefore you can use it directly from http://lab.fi-ware.eu/

§  Global Instance. If there's a global instance of that GE that you can use for your tests. Check http://catalogue.fi-ware.eu/enablers/ for more information about the instances.

§  Demo  Instance. It means that there's an instance that you can use for demo purposes, but not for development. For development purposes, you would have to create your own instance.

§  Blueprints or VM Image. If you can deploy automatically an instance of the GE either with the blueprints mechanisms or by instantiating a Virtual Machine image through http://cloud.lab.fi-ware.eu/.

o   Binaries/code. Alternatively, you may want to download and install by yourself the binaries on the FI-LAB cloud or on any other resources. Check the catalogue to get additional information about each GE download options.

·         Support. We have included information about how to get support for specific GEs, apart from the well-known e-mail list: fiware-lab-help at lists.fi-ware.eu<mailto:fiware-lab-help at lists.fi-ware.eu>.

o   In  Campus Party, you will find who is attending the Campus Party. They will give you support face to face during the whole Campus Party.

o   Online. Either from the Campus Party or from their headquarters, you have a way to directly get in touch with a person in charge of an specific GE. Take into account that time zone lags can limit online availability.

o   Offline. And you can always use the e-mail address to directly ask to the GE owner.  Take into account that some GEs provide only best effort support (see the list).

Please take into account that there are GEs that are not available, are discontinued, or do not provide support. We recommend you not to use them.
