[Fiware-i2nd] NetIC Overview

Dear partners,

 please find attached an overview on the NetIC. It contains
- a status analysis
- a proposal for coming work in T.7.3
- some ideas how to achieve the mapping from our existing NetIC description to the Agile elements

I would like to ask in particular all T.7.3 partners to check the doc whether the statements given are correct or misleading and what is your opinion on the work and the mapping proposal. 

We should discuss these items in more detail in Torino, but we would like to share these thoughts with you in time before the meeting.
