  where 'xxx' has to be replaced with the list you are interested in, e.g. 'fiware', 'fiware-i2nd'.

  On this web page, you can enter your request (about in the middle of the page), also the next action are described.

  I tried to access the 'fiware' list on Monday, and it tooks only about one hour (I guess, it was just the response time of the list owner to get aware of the request and to click on ok) to get the subscription notification.

  P.S.: the only problem that remains: you need to know the name of the list, I did not find yet a list of available lists...
