This is about the upper part of your proposal which exposes the network infrastructure to stakeholders. I shamelessly copied your picture and a few lines. Mainly it deals with API exposure, it doesn't deal with some non functional aspects that are mentioned in the picture nor with the command of the network. But I added an optional section about possible network command features. The detail level may be a bit too precise, please let me know what format is waited for our input.
