[Fiware-i2nd] updates in I2ND_D2-2-a_v7.doc

Dear Pier,

 please find in attached file some updates for I2ND_D2-2-a_v7.doc.
- harminzed naming of T7.3 GE to 'NetIC'. To finalize this, figure 4 still needs an update ( I have no access to the original drawing).
- smaller text update in the paragraph following figure 2 on page 5.
- comment to be resolved in the second paragraph following figure 2 on page 5.
