  Dear partners,

   please find attached the second draft version of the generic enabler description for T7.3.

  First, many thanks to Marco and Thomas for their valuable feedback. 

  I have transferred the updated text into the deliverable template for D.2.2 as distributed by TID in the meantime.

  We would like to ask all partners to check whether the new text is inline with their ideas for their contribution to FiWare.

  As in the previous version, we have added for several items specific partner names, which we would like to ask to specifically contribute to the related part of the description (in line with their expressed interest in T7.3). They are marked in yellow.

  Some specific issues:

  @Thomas: in your view, is the new text in line with your comments on the initial draft description?

  @Pier: do you agree with the structure of GE description or do you think there is a need for further rearrangement?

  @Pier: I assume you will care for the sections 3.6.1, 3.6.3 and 3.6.4?

  @all: compared with the target of TID for GE description size (4 to 5 pages per GE), we have still to 'inflate' the descrition with some more details (but without making really distinct commitments...).

  @all: does anybody feel able to fill out/contribute to the section 'unique selling points' as required by the template at the bottom of each GE description? 

  As we should discuss the WP7 contribution to D.2.2 in our telco next Wednesday, we should have a first consolidated draft of our GE descrption until Tuesday noon (Pier should have a chance to compile a combined WP7 draft until telco...).
