 here is the short summary of the confcall closed a few minutes ago:

Topics discussed:
- Comment draft D2.2a contributions (TLs) + Definition of next steps for D2.2a completion and Task activities

        Contributions received for T7.3, T7.4 was added in same document but will be split to become 7.4 text
        Proposed IPSphere modeling as unified approach for interfaces --> Agreed
        T.2: TRDF staffing project, solution next week. Meanwhile a first draft will be provided, and TIS will work on it.
        T7.1: contribution not yet distributed, issue with lack of contacts with Joe. Meanwhile TI can work on it. Pier to address. UNIROMA1 offers its contribution too.
        Confirmed that second D2.2a contributions will be produced by 6 June
        T7.3 contribution to be taken as reference for remaining task descriptions
                Editors have pointed out the high 'reactivity' of partners to contribute.
                Pier encourages all partners to adopt same approach for other contributions.
        List of bullet points at the end of section (use cases) is different from unique selling points.
                Next version will show the examples of 7.3.
        Each Task contribution should come as separate document (suggested to use as filename the GE name).

- Definition of agenda for next WP meetings (Berlin 7/6 - Torino 14/6)
        1) Berlin Meeting: 7 June from 10.00 to 16.00.
        It is T7.4 meeting
        Waiting contacts with FT to define details
        Main purpose is to check status for deliverable contributions, Task activites, Interactions with T7.3.
        Maybe some 7.4 participants could fruitfully join.

        2) Torino Meeting: 14 June from 10:00 to 16:00
        It is a WP7 meeting
        Items in agenda: finalisation of D2.2a contributions, issues to be addressed at each task level, iming for next deliverables (holidays are impending...)

        Pier asks every partner to check that right people are subscribed to both i2nd mailing list and Forge projects.



Action Points:
I2ND4: Hans to separate contribution for T7.4 GEs
I2ND5: Henk to provide first darft D2.2a for T7.2 (by 27 May), TI to work on it (by next week)
I2ND6: Pier to contact Joe for T7.1
I2ND7: TI (with UNIROMA1) to provide first draft for 7.1 (by 27 May)
I2ND8: All TLs/Editors provide 2nd draft D2.2 contribution (by 6 Jun)
I2ND9: Hans to send details for Berlin meeting
I2ND10: Pier to send details for Torino meeting
I2ND11: Pier to contact FT and check about involved people
