[Fiware-i2nd] I: [Fiware-wpl] Selection of features for 1st minor release and planning of 1st sprint

Hi All,

 today there will be a revision of wiki pages, particularly for Features and User Stories (unfortunately no news yet about Work Items!), which might require some adjustement. I'll forward you such requests asap, if any.

I kindly ask the Task Leaders to verify that each GE has at least one Features and/or User Story, and also make sure they refer to what will be available at the end of first minor release.
