Dear All,

 

the creation process for the review meeting slides is progressing, and we are asked to make further refinements to our slides.

Please find attached an update which comply with the latest template received (also the template is attached, in case you want to check it; please read the Notes associated to slides). 

 

You'll see that most of our work was already well in line with that template, except some important modifications. There are in particular a few points which absolutely need your contribution, along with revision of other contents; here are the main issues:

-          Slide 1: please review the light blue box text, and possibly improve it (it should be a motto)

-          Slides 2 to 5: check that I didn't make any error with my small modifications

-          Slide 6: not changed so far (revise it anyway)

-          Slide 7: just changed the graphical format

-          Slide 8: we discussed open calls issue, and we know it's really difficult for us to provide an input now. Maybe this slide will not be used, but try anyway to provide some input, just in case it is absolutely necessary.

-          Slide 9: Most important one to be revised: I attempted to get some 'highs' and 'lows' + challenges and lessons learned by the achievmenet slides we produced (which are now left as backup only): please add new, and/or revise old, contributions.

-          Slide 10: not sure it must be customized for I2ND (there was another one more general in the template I got), however just in case it is necessary, I have provided some inputs (taken from our previous 'Conclusions' slide)

 

Please revise carefully the whole slide set, + make the necessary updates as required above, and send to me NO LATER THAN 17:00 CET, thanks J

Hi all,

  Only 3 of you (as far as I know) have sent to me their slides for the review.    This scares me a bit and I would kindly ask you to take the necessary actions.

  A concern, once I have reviewed the presentations you sent is that you didn't follow that much my guidelines.   We should try to look coordinated, and nothing better than showing slides that look like such coordination indeed took place.

  Probably I didn't give too much details in a first shot, so therefore I have prepared a revised version of the template slides with more detailed guidelines (including notes for each slide) you MUST follow.   I have added a few bits of what some of the WPLs who sent to me a first draft added to the script I provided.   I believe now we will have something rather complete.

  Please follow the template and, if there is something that you feel would be hard to develop for your particular chapter, please let me know and we will discuss it.

  I expect to see a rather elaborated draft version of your slides by EOB tomorrow.    Please send your presentation:

*	Using a file name for your .ppt with the form: "FI-WARE M6 Review <name-of-chapter> 11-11-<day>.ppt" 
*	In Re: to this email
