[Fiware-i2nd] I: [Fiware-wpl] TOC for 2 sections of the Installation and Admin Guide

Hi,

may I ask, who is the 'Installation and Admin' deliverable written for? 
I mean it seems, that all partners will have to install their own GE in 
the testbed on their own, so it would mean we're writing the doc for 
ourselves.
