[Fiware-i2nd] I2ND Questionnaire for UCP

Hi all,

I have a suggestion :
The beginning of the text is certainly very wise but the phrasing is a bit a bit negative.
I propose that we turn the things upside down and ask UCP:
* if they are satisfied with the bandwidth they have
* if not what kind of suggestion they make (the burden of proposing is on them in this case).

A proposed revised version is in included file, please feel free to use it as you want, or indeed to not use it :)

Hello,
as mentioned yesterday in the i2nd telephone conference, here is a questionnaire we should send to the UCPs to get informed what they want from our side or if they have expected something completely different.

Please have a look and provide some feedback from it to the mailing list. After a couple of days and some acknowledgements of the project leaders, we can send it out to the UCPs.
