[Fiware-i2nd] [Fi-Ware S3C] Orange Plan for next months

Hi all,

Here is what we are working on at Orange:
The plan is to provide for the end of February A Mediation API and a
telecom AS.
I can't provide more precise milestones for next month's but for this
year this is the Orange plan in 7.4

*	A Telecom AS is being assembled for FIware for the end of
February: 
o	It will be made accessible from the Internet. 
o	If everything goes on schedule, we should have an Telecom AS
operating above a 
			base free software (Mobicents / JBoss). 
*	We would then have later (June?) a Telecom AS API based on SOAP
accessible from the Internet 
	and the telephone network via SIP.

*	Then (October?) we will look at the API OneAPI to add a layer on
top of REST Telecom AS, which would be easier to use. 
	This development would be delivered to FIware under a free
license.
	Finally the study OneAPI will add the REST API on top of Telecom
AS.

*	We will provide a Mediation API platform by the end of February.
o	It will be enriched and integrated with other results from
Fi-Ware all along the year.

*	We will provide as an asset a Voice messaging platform probably
by June.

Probably I will be able to make refinements to this plan as the work
will progress.
