Hello,

Please find attached a new version of the document, following the TID requirements for formatting.
Major changes: reference to 802.x management not to 802.21 for the design interface. Removed the contributor names from the picture, added some "overview" description.

Greetings,

Marius Corici

Hi Hans,

I have a couple of questions concerning the interaction between S3C and CDI:

- You envisage to adopt 802.21 I assume to manage the handovers, is this right? But what's the impact on the CDI (or the device itself) i.e. what do we need to support on it (specific developments, ect)?

- What about remote device management, is there some asset or functionality inside S3C doing that? For instance, we were considering an OMA DM client (with an eye to its evolution) on the CDI to provide this functionality, what about server side, are there functionalities planned in S3C?

Thanks and BR
Pier

Dear all,

I have to apologise. On Friday I had problems with my laptop. The data is currently under restoration. I had to change the computer, so I do not have all information and only restricted access.

Therefore I have generated some text and the new version of the pictures from Madrid.

I will be available on Wednesday. Comments are highly welcome.

Cheers,< mal>Hans
