this is an update to the meeting agenda for what concerns I2ND (the new excel sheet is the one required by the Organisers). 

Please each Partner let me know who is going to be present each day by today afternoon, so that I can be more precise about the requests for room allocation, thanks.

Dear All,

 

this is the proposed I2ND agenda for the Madrid meeting just sent to the WPL/WPA reflector. I have also proposed to shift the initial WPL/WPA meeting to Monday afternoon: if this is accepted, then we'll drop the Task level sessions of that day, which means I2ND team would be requested to be in Madrid from Tuesday onwards only.

I'm going to check the availability of the other WPs to have those joint sessions; at least for IoT-I2ND session this is given for granted, as it was proposed by them already.

Dear All,

 

taking into account the proposal already circulated for the joint IoT-I2ND, the plenary session scheduled on Wed afternoon, and own expectations in terms of chapter-specific and inter-chapter sessions, I2ND chapter proposes the following agenda for Madrid. 

 

One nice thing would be that the initial WPL-WPA meeting is shifted to the afternoon of Monday, so as to avoid traveling on Sunday, as there seems to be sufficient space in the week for the proposed sessions.

Hi

It is good to start the process with proactive proposals like this one, thanks!  Please be aware that there will be a plenary session in our auditorium at some point and the availability is very limited. This means that we will have to see when to place the session and this implies some rearrangement of partial agendas to fit around it.

By the way, the auditorium can host up to 70 people plus 5 people on stage (there are 5 chairs). A bit tight, ... I reckon it should enough to get by.
