[Fiware-i2nd] IEEE Xplore - Abstract Page

Hi all,

We discussed last week of some kind of generic API, I tried to find if someone has not per chance try already to tackle this problem.

I found this paper that seems to be quite close to what I had in mind:

Key points seems to be :
*       Easy access for third party developers to networks functionalities
*       Control on identity, billing, QoS etc must remain in Telco domain
*       Simple but effective verbs such as create, evaluate, modify, close connections.
*       They provide an example based on EPC, which makes it close to our 7.4 task.

Plus some authors are in the same town I am :)

Do you have any comment, suggestion?
