[Fiware-i2nd] Update of the Tracker Topics

Hello,
Hans and I went through the list in the excel sheet and tried to comment probably most of the ticket entries. We also assigned some of them to the (hopefully) responsible person regarding the topic of the ticket.

The assignments of the tickets are commented in our updated version of the excel sheet. Please have a look and give us feedback or response directly at the ticket.
We figured out that the following participants should have a look at the tickets after their name:

·         Chris, Pier: 275, 276, 349, 354, 1096

·         Kay, Hans:  349, 1212

·         Marius: 353, 1212 (Including Roman, Kay, Hans)

·         Mohamed, Kay: 355

·         Thomas: 1063, 1106, 1107

·         Roman, Hans: 1344, 1212
