[Fiware-i2nd] R: [fi-ware/I2ND] Review slides and risk management

Thanks a lot Hans.

Concerning the risks, I'll insert the most relevant ones in the slide, then I'll check with other WPLs/WPAs for formatting.

One question on my side: I'll adopt the message that 'I2ND GEs are related to infrastructures and will not provide a physical infrastructure but extensions on top of an existing and standardised infrastructure'.
This means that I'll emphasise the 'extension on top' as the main innovations brought by the project.
However can we also emphasise that the 'existing and standardized infrastructure' is not always available at the moment as 'commodity', hence we are working on top of up-to-date/innovative infrastructure too? For instance, the fact we are considering LTE it's a matter of being available in next period of time, there's not yet widely deployed commercial LTE access networks.
