[Fiware-i2nd] [Fiware] SVN up and running

Dear all,

We do appreciate the efforts from partners to mitigate the problems that
may come up and this offer from FOKUS in particular. Once the general
infrastructure of the project is finally working we would ask to use it.

We must avoid scattering our resources in different WPs, it is very nice
that people offer proactive alternatives but let us avoid this sort of
approach unless it is strictly needed.
