I received just one feedback concerning the item 4) of my mail below (I sent it two weeks ago); now time is already over for a pair of points and we need to complete this asap, so please send your feedback, I list here the points of item 4 again:
4a) List of of papers, technical conferences and workshops have been produced since the last review (Nov 2012). Format is: Conference name, Date/Place, Contribution Title, Contributors, Status, Observations (comments on relevance, benefits for FI-WARE/FI-PPP).

Dear All,
I anticipate a few notes about the outcomes of the WPL/WPA we had today, which provide us additional details on the workplan to produce the next FI-WARE deliverables. I decided to anticipate them to avoid defining too urgent actions during our regular PhC on Thursday. Here are the points:
1. Architecture deliverable: we are waiting two out of four reviews of our GEs, which are necessary to complete the update of I2ND wiki pages by the 8th. We are left time until the 12th to complete this.
a. Missing docs concern CDI and NetIC. I'll let you know as soon as the docs are ready (or periodically check the cockpit table at https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AhTmk3UgJVcbdFFLVmJtcC03NWU3LVdtN0VSNl96a2c#gid=0
b. CE and S3C reviews are however available (see the cockpit), so please complete the update and let me know when it is done.
c. We have been assigned a first (minor) extra activity as reviewers of other chapter's architectures:
i. we need to check that the comments we did in our reviews (both first and second) have been taken into account by the chapter we reviewed.
ii. This is an action we'll have to perform starting on April 12th and finishing on April 16th (2 working days).
iii. I invite the reviewers who were involved in the review of IoT and Apps GEs to check their mails regularly, as Ill provide you directly the instructions (GE coords in cc) on how to proceed.
d. We have also a second (minor) check to be performed: the page https://forge.fi-ware.eu/plugins/mediawiki/wiki/fiware/index.php/FI-WARE_Architecture_V2 will become the 'front end page of the Fi-WARE architecture (and deliverable). It contains both the FI-WARE Roles and FI-WARE Architecture overview sections along with the 'citymap' picture. I kindly ask the GE coords to check that the contents of paragraphs concerning I2ND in that page are fine (I'll do the same on my side of course), and provide the updates to the citymap picture which was circulated as draft in past days, if considered agreed. Please complete this by April 10th, thanks.
2. Open Specs deliverable
a. A peer review process, as I anticipated, will take place. Instructions are under preparation, I'll let you know when ready.
3. SW related deliverables (Installation&aAdmin, User&Programmer, Unit Testing&Report)
a. The reference page for creating the contents is https://forge.fi-ware.eu/plugins/mediawiki/wiki/fi-ware-private/index.php/FiwareDeliverablesR2 as I described in my mail dated April 4th
b. Checks will be done in the next few days to ensure that page creation is properly progressing.
c. Deadline is:
i. draft wiki pages *available at the specific pages of the above wiki* by April 18th
ii. delivery for final checks at Project level on April 22nd
4. Finally, for the dissemination chapter activity, we need to collect the following information:
a. What contributions in terms of papers, technical conferences and workshops have been produced since the last review (Nov 2012). Format is: Conference name, Date/Place, Contribution Title, Contributors, Status, Observations (comments on relevance, benefits for FI-WARE/FI-PPP). A mail with such contents is required by *All I2ND Partners*, later there will be an update of the corresponding wiki page (hence please report to me also those contributions, or the link to them, which are already in the dissemination wiki page). Deadline: April 24th
b. FIA Meeting Attendance: please *All I2ND Partners* provide the list of people from your side who will be attending the FIA event in the middle of May (Dublin). Deadline: April 18th
c. Preparation to this meeting: please *All I2ND Partners* provide a list of FP7 projects that may exploit our results and/or may provide useful technical solutions/experiments/developers/users to FI-WARE (chapters).
