The main idea is to use the "backlogmanagement" e-mail notification, as explained by Pier in the last I2ND Call of Thursday 21st. We have successfully checked that e-mail are always sent to both the assignee and to the submitter of a ticket. We propose the following: · In the next days we'll check and fix as much ticket as possible that require obvious editing, inserting comments about what has been done. · You'll receive a "backlogmanagement" e-mail; check the line(s) with ">" to see what modifications were applied to your ticket. · Important: when an action is required by the assignee, we'll add the leading sentence "Editing Action required" in the comment field . Check and edit these tickets according to the instructions following that sentence. I've also prepared a short 7-slides to summarize the most important backlog rules adopted, I2ND Backlog for Dummies (editing the backlog usually requires a positive mood).
