[Fiware-i2nd] i2nd whitpaper first draft

as discussed today in the call please find attached the first draft of the i2nd whitepaper. We included some parts for S3C. Please provide comments on the overall structure and ToC till tomorrow EoB. Contributions for the other GEs should be provided until the end of next week.
