[Fiware-i2nd] Important addition! Presentation of the White Paper contribution for the Rome meeting - Important addition!

Dear All,

Please find attached the presentation  for the White Paper / Product Vision for I2ND to be presented in the WPA/WPL meeting in Rome.

I have created a slide for the overall I2ND use case scenario, integrated contribution from CDI and NetIC, created a slide for S3C.

Since the use case scenario does not illustrate all the functionalities/assets provided by a GE, I would therefore propose to add one more slide for each GE, which will be used to mention the functionalities not tackled by the use case. That's why you will all find an extra slide with subtitle "other functionalities", though it's my very personal view... Pier and Hans to decide about that.

In case there are any ambiguities, please write me back.

P.S: The slides are missing contributions for the Cloud Edge GE.

Mohamed will provide one slide on the Usecase of i2nd and one slide on contributions of S3C similar to the ones provided for CDI. I do not know when it will be finished, so you should take the ones provided by Pier and Federico as a reference to start. So we do not run out of time.

here are two slides concerning CDI. As Chris is not available this week, I kindly ask Frank, Andrea and Gianmario to have a look, possibly improve the contents (not adding other slides!) and include additional functionalities if applicable.

Maybe Mohamed has already one or more slides 'master', i.e. containing the overall scenario description: if so could you share them with all of us to make it easier adding the contributions on the single GEs?

I kindly request from you one or two slides per Generic Enabler regarding the following topic:

       *   AP: Each WPA to prepare a presentation on what they contributed from their chapter
For Mohamed: Since you have coordinate the White Paper I kindly request to manage S3C.

Please send me the slides until tomorrow evening. I will compile a presentation.

So we will have a presentation with 4 to 8 slides.

  Despite I'll come with a more detailed agenda later today, here it's my first approach in how topics would be distributed and the APs derived:

 *   Monday:

    *   White paper document:

       *   AP: Juanjo to make general presentation on status
       *   AP: Each WPA to prepare a presentation on what they contributed from their chapter

    *   Demo Evolution:

       *   AP: Juanjo and each WPA to prepare a presentation on suggestions they would like to add

 *   Tuesday (whole day):

    *   Discussion on High priority Epics:

       *   AP: Each to prepare slides in their positioning on the matter, not only how it affects its chapter but how they see this should be addressed overall

 *   Wednesday Morning:

    *   Discussion on Lower priority Epics (difference with High Priority Epics will be time devoted to discussion):

       *   AP: Each to prepare slides in their positioning on the matter, not only how it affects its chapter but how they see this should be addressed overall

 *   Wednesday After Lunch:

    *   Overall review of planning of deliverables
    *   Open Innovation Lab
    *   Focus/Messages for next review

 *   Thursday:

    *   Rest of topics

  The most relevant aspect of this agenda preparation is the ordering of when topics will be addressed.   If we acumulate delays (and for some topics, we will devote as much as time as needed), some of the topics allocated in Thursday may simply get discarded.
