I found this morning that there exist a 'howto' page to prepare, advertise, run and report the webinars, below is the link in case you don't have it. It might be useful for you, and the CDI team, who are going to provide webinars in these days:

Hello Simon,

in short yes :)

I suggest, that we all have a short call together by Wednesday morning. I will send an invitation.  Let us prepare a small presentation with the main facts of our GEis - 3 or 4 slides.

I am not sure if someone of us is able to present a live demonstration of the implementation. Otherwise I suggest to put some slides with the request, actions, responses etc. into the presentation to show what is possible and how I currently look like.

Is someone of you able to set up a WebEx for this?

I will take care of the advertisement by tomorrow via Twitter and Mailing List.

Dear all!

I consider that next week is a better solution. I will approach the guys from Fi-Star, if they want someone to join.
Unfortunately I will be on vacation then, so you have to organize yourself. I suggest to use join.me and Powwownow for the conference.
Concerning the date: is the 18th at 14:00 CEST O.K. for everybody?

@Pier: Is it possible to use the 075102 for this purpose?

One week later would be nice, maybe we get somebody else interested...  Otherwise, doing slides does not take so long, so we can stick with 11th. We can show a very short demo via screen sharing.

Decision is up to Orange and DT.

Dear all,

we have scheduled a webinar for the 11th of July on S3C (this date was considered due to review meeting). I am not aware that anyone prepared  something (or is it feasible  to hold the webinar on the 11th?), so it might be better to reschedule it. Is one week feasible? Can you prepare the webinar for next week? It should present the GE and GEI. Maybe a demo on how to use the GEI(s) should be shown, so the benefits for a developer become clear.
As far as I can see currently only one of XIFI showed interest in the webinar, so rescheduling should not be too much of a problem, if needed.
