[Fiware-i2nd] Update: I2ND Backlog revision (required for Wed 31st July)

Dear All,
I'm sending again the e-mail because I've mistyped the fiware-i2nd mailing list address. If you have already received this e-mail, please ignore this last one.

Yesterday I've received an updated excel sheet for the revision of the backlog.
I would suggest you to use the new excel (attached) to make Backlog revision, because it is more clear and updated: it contains old notes from Pier (in the attachment of a previous e-mail) and new ones.
If you've already start using  the previous  Excel, anything done is correct and you can safely use the new excel.
I've  highlighted in YELLOW anything that needed editing (and comments on what to do).

Instructions are:

@ALL: Please take the tickets you easily recognize as yours in the I2ND backlog and search their ID number in the excel sheet (in all the tabs of the worksheet!). If editing are required for that item in the backlog or the" Materializing", you'll find them highlighted in YELLOW. If the ID is not highlighted, nothing should be done.

@Task/GE coords: verify that the modifications are done for all items concerning their GE.
Please define the items that belong to what was going on in the current (nearly finished) and next (to come next month)  period and assign them the corresponding sprint, and/or add any further item (typically workitems) in the tracker if necessary. This will help keeping track of the on going activities.

The deadline to complete all the updates is Wednesday 31st of July."

Dear all,
on behalf of Pier, I forward the instructions to modify the backlog, as anticipated in the last I2ND call of Thursday 19th.
The 2 excel files provided by Pier are enclosed in the attachments. The second Excel file shows that more items might be expected for the current and next sprint (3.1.1-3.1.2).
I enclose the detailed instructions from Pier:

"As anticipated in the past says, a revision/update of backlog entries is on going (both pages in the 'Materialising' wiki and tickets in the I2ND tracker).
The actions to be performed are listed in the attached file. In every single sheet you'll find a list of items to be revised, along with a column named 'Pier's comments' which tells you more in detail what you are expected to do.

@ALL: Please take the tickets you easily recognize as yours and follow the instructions to perform the changes. There are some entries for which the action to be performed is still not completely defined, and there are cases where the modifications will be done automatically (maybe some are already done!). Try to interpret the task in a flexible way, and in case there are still doubts please circulate a mail among us.
The deadline to complete all the updates is Wednesday 31st of July.

Moreover, there is a new excel file just coming (, which shows there are very few items (feature, story, workitems) scheduled for the current sprint (3.1.1) or planned for next sprint (3.1.2).
