Dear All, There are four major things which need to be completed by tomorrow morning at the latest, in order to prepare at best the review meeting, here is the list we kindly ask you to do: 1. CDI, S3C and CE teams: Webinars - you have to fill the table concerning webinar dates at link https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AqGGeaQGro3fdF9aeWphSkFkWjJRQ3pPVW1PVURLX3c#gid=8 2. S3C team: Usage of GEis by Use Case projects - it is absolutely necessary that at least the FI-STAR fills the table of expected usage of our GEis at link https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AqGGeaQGro3fdEd6bGhLQWtNai1jeGN5UnJMeEdxZ0E#gid=8 3. All Teams: Usage conditions for GEis You need to fill the columns from N to W of the sheet https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AqGGeaQGro3fdEQ4TlBJT1JwT1ZfMVUwQzhzRWExOEE#gid=8 . PLEASE NOTE this is a different sheet with respect to previous one (it is a draft under completion). Further note: this link was distributed in a mail by Juanjo to the general fiware list some time ago. So you should be already aware of it from some time. 4. All Teams: Today we have made a first check, together with all the other teams, of our slides for review meeting. The slide template changed slightly since the last version distributed on Friday, and we have adapted the contents to the new situation. You find attached the current slideset, where we kindly ask you all to provide your feedback on all slides, but particularly on the following points: a. Slide 1: comments are welcome (please check the slide in slide show, there is an animation, and check the notes) b. Slide 3: slightly modified c. Slide 4: new, it is the old Highs/lows, please check contents (especially for S3C and NetIC)- We'll probably add one of the backup slides to support the last row mentioned in the slide d. Slide 8: It will be filled in when you have provided the data at point 3 above e. Slide 9: It will be filled in when you have provided the data at point 1 and 2 above... f. Slide 10: please all provide some input (remember: it must go beyond FI-PPP, therefore e.g. XiFi not allowed...) Thanks a lot for your contribution which is fundamental to ensure the review will be successful.
