[Fiware-i2nd] update of FiwareDeliverablesR2 Wiki page

Dear Pier,

 as a follow up of the WP10 telco this morning, I have updated the I2ND entries on the FiwareDeliverablesR2 Wiki page (https://forge.fi-ware.eu/plugins/mediawiki/wiki/fi-ware-private/index.php/FiwareDeliverablesR2) and related Wiki pages to be reached via this page.

Reason: Stefano wants to set up /update the Testbed V2 Implementation Cockpit and Operations Cockpit, and he will use the GEs and GEi's which can be found following the links about 'FI-WARE Deliverable "D3-8.3 FIWARE Installation and Administration Guide Release 2" ', 'FI-WARE Deliverable "D3-8.4 FIWARE User and Programmers Guide Release 2" ', 'FI-WARE Deliverable "D3-8.5 FIWARE Unit Testing Plan and Report Edition Release 2" ', June 2013 versions. As Stefano wants to start this work tomorrow and I2ND should have some interest to get the cockpit pages available soon, I updated the I2ND pages directly.

I have created the missing pages (document tree for June versions) and added the required links (nothing new, same structure as for April, but new, separate files).

The discussion in the telco revealed, that the June deliverables should have a completely separate document tree, and usually also the deliverables itself should be new Wiki pages. In case really nothing has changed from the April to the June version, the deliverable itself could be the same (change the link pointing to the June version to a link pointing to the April version), otherwise it is advised to copy the content of the April version (frozen) to the page for the June version and make all changes and add-ons there.

AP for all GE owners: please check whether your GEs are correctly present in the document tree (including correct naming). In case you have several GEi's for a single GE please modify your entries according to the structure which can be found for NetIC. Please keep in mind that there are 3 parallel document trees, one for each deliverable!
