Dear All,

you might have seen the mail sent by Manuel already (see below), here a few additional suggestions from my side, as we discussed in some of our PhCs in the past:


-          Ideally we should close all the Items under execution in current Sprint, however if this is not possible, please limit to a minimum those items which cannot be closed

-          In case you have items you absolutely need to keep under execution, don't do anything for the time being, as said by Manuel; the re-assignment to the new sprint will be done next week only (sprint planning week)

-          Please verify that if you close Stories and WorkItems hierarchically belonging to a given Feature, and these are the last ones to close concerning that Feature, then you need to close the Feature as well (same applies for Epics whose Features are all closed).

Dear Partners,

Please, let me make you aware of being in a sprint closing week.
Please, remember closing the backlog items (epics, features, stories, bugs and work items) you finished during the month.
Please, remember NOT to move any backlog item's timeframes (sprint or release). We'll do it next week during the sprint planning week.

The closing snapshot will be taken on Friday 29 afternoon, unless anybody request doing it on Saturday 30th Nov.
