Dear All, following the WPL/WPA call yesterday, all chapters have been asked to do the following actions: - Update of Technical Roadmap wiki page for FI-WARE R3 (http://forge.fi-ware.eu/plugins/mediawiki/wiki/fiware/index.php/Roadmap_of_Interface_to_Networks_and_Devices ) o This means listing all the Features referring to the actual functionality/code development which we plan to complete for each GE/GEi during Release 3 of FI-WARE. o We need to define a guideline on how to organize the page update, which will be provided asap; however, start thinking to those Features which need to be there at the end of the update o Please remind that the Features listed in the tech roadmap *must be available in the 'Materialising' page* as well (http://forge.fi-ware.eu/plugins/mediawiki/wiki/fiware/index.php/Materializing_the_Interface_to_Networks_and_Devices_%28I2ND%29_in_FI-WARE )! It is to be reminded that the materializing page is the primary source of information about the functionality a GE will provide, hence it has priority on the tech roadmap page; this latter is just a reordering according to a given timescale of the Features listed in the materializing page. o We are of course allowed to add possible Features in the materializing (then in the tech roadmap page) for new functionalities which were not yet defined (e.g. in case of the development of an Epic which didn't take place yet) o Deadline for the Roadmap update is end of next week (i.e. Oct 11th) - Insert in the tracker the tickets concerning those Features (and the possible Stories defined as Feature refinement) which will be developed in the current Sprint o During the WPL/WPA call, it has been stated again by the Proj Coord that the contents of the backlog, especially concerning the Features under execution in each Sprint, will be accurately monitored in these last few project months towards R3 - Complete the Update of the backlog, with the following guidelines: o Implement the updates we already discussed last week (both in I2ND PhC and later with some of you directly - see excel file distributed) o Add WorkItems concerning the following activities (I believe they can be either assigned to the past couple of Sprints, when completed, or to the current one, when on going): § Work done in the Catalogue (if any) § Documentation completion for Release 2 (i.e. the guides we updated, and we are currently waiting a further review) § Work done to fix the backlog (this is a sort of 'recursive' item... a ticket to update the tickets ;-) You can share via mail, or through a phone call, any doubt you might have on these points, thanks.
