[Fiware-i2nd] R: I2ND Backlog updates

Dear All,
I'm forwarding you an updated release (discussed also in the phone call today) of the Excel sheet of the backlog status.
I've fixed few other issues ('&' character for WorkItems tickets) and added some information (ticket owner) in few cells, when they were still missing.

Please, as discussed at the PhC today, consider to edit at least the RED ones keeping as deadline the 27th Sept (tomorrow) evening.

In that way we will be able to ask to produce a new backlog report and check that the actions done were successful: that would be important because it clarify how to avoid for all the next and also the current tickets inserted in the backlog tracker.

please find attached the latest review of the backlog status by Gianmario (and after a phone conversation with Manuel, who originates the report).
You should check the different tabs, and try and update as much entries as possible, colors are used to identify the things to do (red), or already done (green), or pending some further explanation typically the yellow ones).

One note to Henk: the management of CE which has several entries to be updated deserves a specific strategy which I want to agree with you, so I sent you already a mail to organize a phone call.

The table contents will be explained more in detail by Gianmario during the PhC call on Thursday.
