[Fiware-i2nd] R: Periodic Report M36 - Contributions

Dear Task Coords, Dear All,

I remind you that I need to receive the contribution for the periodic report, while so far I just got the feedback from one partner.
This is becoming a rather urgent to complete, so I kindly  ask the Task Coords to organize the contributions per Task (as done in the past), and provide it to me by April 9th (the deadline was last Friday), thanks.

Dear All,

as I told in the PhC this morning, we have to prepare the I2ND chapter periodic report, which is this time a shared document, available at link:

This page is available for editing to WPL (WPA) only, while everybody can Access it to see its contents.

The report concerns the entire Y3 of Project i.e. M25 to M36.

In order to proceed with filling the data concerning your contribution, we'll move as follows:

1.       Pier will include the M30 report contents in the shared doc, excluding the Partner contributions. Partner contributions from past report are in the doc attached

2.       All Partners will:

a.       save locally the shared document as MSWord,

b.      actvate the track changes,

c.       update the data with the activity performed up to M36 in every section concerning partner specific contribution. Please take as basis the contents of past report attached, and add what necessary.

d.      Finally, they'll send the doc to Pier

3.       Pier will update the shared document with received data

4.       NOTE1: I will take the inputs you provide me to update the common tables per WP (so you don't have to fill e.g. the first table of the document, nor the initial description of each Task, if not explicitly required by me)

5.       I expect to have a first round of contributions by the end of next week, i.e. by April 4th.

6.       NOTE2: don't forget to put your data at the end of the doc, if your resource consumption is higher or lower than expected (maybe not all data are yet available, so wait next round if you believe there's nothing to say about resource consumption)



        i.            When first step is complete, we'll proceed with refinements.

      ii.            At any time, you'll be able to check how the doc looks like and, in case you find parts to be updated, can provide me another updated document (again, download the latest shared version, and use track changes: any other change will be discarded...).

    iii.            I'll ask for specific updates time by time, to reach the final document contents.

     iv.            Final deadline is April 17th


One additional note: every partner should receive the link to all the WP contribution shared pages, in case you don't, please let me know and I'll provide you with the link(s).
