I do not want to blame anybody but regarding WP6 and WP3 documents (I'm revising WP6) there are no ToC while you asked me to add it (and it is good to have it), so they are also not in a good shape... But it seems that ToC is a special request for IoT chapter because WP7 doc has also no ToC, no header and no footer.

I fully understand your efforts to have good documents but at least we have to apply the same rules to everybody. Publishing quickly some documents without changing the content especially when the name of the GEs have changed is also not a good point for quality and this is also what I'm facing for WP6.
Except what you point out as ugly things, I followed step by step the process and will do it again from scratch. Maybe it is because MS Word 2007 (I just try to understand why I should revised all paragraph format) that the ugly things happen (changing the police size of the links) and I have to find another computer with MS Word 2010 to do it correctly.

We cannot continue like this, I really think we should respect the time of the others delivering things with a reasonable quality check. Take the one created in WP3 or WP6 to get good examples. The doc you deliver has to be as good as if you were going to deliver it to the EC.

There is a letter in bold font in the header/footer

I did not spend a lot of time (I do not have it), there may be more things. It is obvious that this needs more of quality check on your side. Please check on another computer next time and take the time to scroll down all the doc there before delivering. It will save time for all.

Thierry, taking into account that this is not going to be regenerated and that we will work on the word doc from now on, it is essential to provide a good one from the start (it is not simple to add the figures one by one afterwards). You see the figures ok as long as you are on your local PC but once you send it, it does not work because the word doc refers to remote locations. Can you please fix this urgently?

The document from IoT is not available now and Thierry is going to release it shortly. I fear that if you use other sources 1) we will make a mess 2) you will have to redo your work.

Dear All,
as announced in the I2ND PhC on Thursday, we have to perform a peer review of the Architecture deliverable drafts, and we have been assigned the review of IoT chapter architecture.
The mail below by Miguel explains where finding the file to download, how to do the review, how uploading a revised doc on the Forge site (Private project) and publish the link in the created cockpit, and most importantly When, i.e. by Monday (Feb 3rd).
There is however an issue: the IoT document is not ready yet, so we need to wait until we receive the right link. I'm in contact with the IoT WPL to understand when the file is available.
Here I start proposing an assignment of reviewers to every GE/GEi of IoT, please let me know immediately, in case you really cannot do it by the given deadline:

Despite the failure to deliver in part of the chapters, I do not think we should wait any longer for those who are already there. Manuel and I have prepared the cockpit and the procedure. Usual one with a single round of reviews.
Each WPL has to distribute work in his WP and make sure that everyone knows the schedule:
* 03/Feb/2014 - Comments on first draft (.docx with traced changes). Each person has 2 days to do this. It is feasible if there is actual will of doing it
* In the case of those who do not have their inputs ready, the case is different. We'll see what to do with them.
* Use the cockpit and the right folder on docman:

* The assignment of reviewers is in the tab "Assignments"
