[Fiware-i2nd] Backlog - updated dashboards

Manuel,

I don't understand: during the last weeks (after the review in December), we have stopped our developments as asked. We concentrated on unplanned and unexpected tasks: packaging our SW so we have a clear endpoint and closing our documentation / examples apps. So, of course, the tracker was not updated (ie: postponed features)

Do you want an entry in the tracker saying we are working on packaging / closing / documenting ?

Please remember that internally, as I already said, we are NOT using an agile methodology (no choice: I must follow the company's process) and that everything related to the tracker is just an extra bureaucratic effort we have accepted just to ease the global project management (I guess it is the same for many other partners).

I will therefore:

-          Add entries in the tracker (on WP4 and WP7 sides) to describe the "packaging" effort

-          Ask for costs from the time between the Commission decision (end of Dec) and the end of Jan for "packaging / documenting / closing properly our SW devt" (no new feature = nothing in the tracker).

-          Ask for costs in both WP4 and in WP7 as we have been doing from the beginning of the project. I don't believe it is really the right time to change anything now that we are at 4 days of the end of our development phase !!!

-          Officially announce that we will not go for the project extension after M36 as initially planned

Note that our SW will NOT be open source as it was announced because we had to stop our developments and we still have proprietary code inside (unexpected stop). All the expenses starting on 1st of Feb will be for support

(of course, if the Commission decides the Cloud Edge is to be kept in the list of funded GEs, we can still change all that).

Henk, please be aware that you have nothing scheduled at sprint level. If you were doing documentation, (any workitem), it would be wrong.

Again, please, be aware that I won't allow cost to be charged when activity is not reflected in the tracker.
