[Fiware-i2nd] I: [Fiware-wpl] Reviews of R3 Architecture

Dear All,

as announced in the I2ND PhC on Thursday, we have to perform a peer review of the Architecture deliverable drafts, and we have been assigned the review of IoT chapter architecture.

The mail below by Miguel explains where finding the file to download, how to do the review, how uploading a revised doc on the Forge site (Private project) and publish the link in the created cockpit, and most importantly When, i.e. by Monday (Feb 3rd).

There is however an issue: the IoT document is not ready yet, so we need to wait until we receive the right link. I'm in contact with the IoT WPL to understand when the file is available.

Here I start proposing an assignment of reviewers to every GE/GEi of IoT, please let me know immediately, in case you really cannot do it by the given deadline:

Dear all,

Despite the failure to deliver in part of the chapters, I do not think we should wait any longer for those who are already there.  Manuel and I have prepared the cockpit and the procedure.  Usual one with a single round of reviews.

Each WPL has to distribute work in his WP and make sure that everyone knows the schedule:

  *   03/Feb/2014 - Comments on first draft (.docx with traced changes). Each person has 2 days to do this. It is feasible if there is actual will of doing it
     *   In the case of those who do not have their inputs ready, the case is different. We'll see what to do with them.
  *   Use the cockpit and the right folder on docman:
     *   https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AnxxmzdEZ1WtdDF0UDNfUjZ0R01wWHFtczNUMi1weGc&usp=sharing#gid=0
     *   The assignment of reviewers is in the tab "Assignments"
  *   The GEi list may have small discrepancies (mistakes in the GEi list). Let us know if we need to change something.
     *   URGENT: Will the WPL/WPLA please take a look at the list of their WPs and see if there are missing GE/GEi rows in the cockpit?

  *   The folder to upload contributions is on the private project of the forge, here:
