Dear API Open Specs providers, the Open Specs review has been delivered by the Cloud Hosting chapter, there are mainly minor modifications required, plus a couple of more consistent ones. I'll personally take care of the recurring comment about the 'API change history' table formatting, by aligning all the tables in the document to the mostly used format in the other chapters. So please don't touch the 'API change history table' in all sections, except for those listed below (if necessary).
