Our mistake, sorry.
As you don't seem to have commented version 0.13, I uploaded this morning version 0.16.

But if you commented it in the meantime, we will update v0.16 (or the next v0.17) with them.

   Is the following document the final submitted contribution to the IoT
chapter ?

   I'm asking this because I found several entries linked to different
versions of the IoT Service Enablement chapter (instead of a single one
with the last version uploaded according to instructions on how to
upload contributions) ...   I assumed that v013_IOTSE.docx was the last
version based on the numbering included in the filename, but I would
like to doublecheck.
