[Fiware-iot] IoT Communication: new version of the architecture description

Hi all,
we submit on Fusion Forge a revised version of our contribution (IoT_Communication-Architecture-v03.doc) . This contribution concerns the IoTCommunication chapter that has been extracted from the document v016_IOTSE.doc. We have updated the list of the stakeholders and the list of the Unique Selling Points (new Unique Selling Point has been added: "Virtualization of resources and abstraction from the heterogeneity of the physical world"). At the end of this document we have synthetized the SoTA.
