[Fiware-iot] New version of IOT description

Dear all

Please find in attachment a new version of IoT description using the
deliverable framework. Beyond defintions, we have to improve the 4
generic enablers description (Communication, Resources Management, Data
Handling & Process Automation). The size we have to target is 4 pages
per GE.

Some other points for tomorrow:
*	Scenario description: we put previously some small stories in
the text. We could improve these stories focusing on the Usage Area
projects (small story for Transport, Smart City, Food traceability,
etc...)

*	We have included some SOTA parts and have to delete reference in
the text. We have also to check all SOTA elements and identified if it
is relevant to add them in the GE descriptions.

*	We change a bit the architecture picture: comments are welcome.

*	Contribution to IoT week in Barcelona

Please keep in mind that if you have to produce comments and more on the
document, the best way is to do it tomorrow after the meeting or
afternoon so you will concentrate time and money in an optimal way for
this task.
