[Fiware-iot] Uploaded the IoT Communication EPIC's

Hi Thierry,

I just uploaded in the Mediawiki the EPIC's related to the task IoT Communication (I've already prepared those last week but I had some problems to uploaded them).
I've changed some EPIC's title in order to make them aligned with the task description. The changes are the following:


 *   Protocol Integration  has become Connection Protocol Adapter
 *   Protocol Abstraction has become Communication Protocol Abstraction Definition
 *   Protocol Generation has been removed since there is no correspondence in the task description
 *   Location Awareness has become Mobility Management
 *   Offline Management plus Reconnection Management has become Discontinuous Connectivity Management
 *   Transparent Connection has been removed since there is no correspondence in the task description
 *   User Access Control has become Access Policy Control
 *   Device Access Control has been removed since there is no correspondence in the task description

Now the EPICs structure reflects the structure of the task description.
