[Fiware-iot] Open API spec for NGSI-10

Hi WP5,

I have finished a first draft of the open API spec of the IoT Broker, including NGSI-10.

It can be accessed on the WP5 private wiki starting at
https://forge.fi-ware.eu/plugins/mediawiki/wiki/fi-ware-private/index.php/FIWARE.ArchitectureDescription.IoT.Backend.IoTBroker#Open_API_Specifications

Known bugs:

-          The table looks awful, but the "wikitable" class does not seem to work in this wiki.

-          The xml in the example looks strange, as the toplevel tags are outside the box

I am happy to receive hints about how to solve the above issues, and also general feedback on the style and level of details of the presentation.
