Dear Tobias, This is a good approach. Thanks & Br, Lorant From: ext Tobias Jacobs [mailto:Tobias.Jacobs at neclab.eu] Sent: Friday, April 20, 2012 4:59 PM To: Farkas, Lorant (NSN - HU/Budapest); fiware-iot at lists.fi-ware.eu Cc: thierry.nagellen at orange.com Subject: API open specs Dear Lorant, dear all, Sorry for raising that issue again, but I want to propose yet another structure of the API specs for the IoT Broker. How about I structure the pages for NGSI-10 (and later NGSI9) more in the style proposed in https://forge.fi-ware.eu/plugins/mediawiki/wiki/fi-ware-private/index.ph p/Dedicated_API_wiki_page. We still can have a dedicated page for each API of the GE, but this would then only contain the information not already contained in the NGSI-9/10 pages. See https://forge.fi-ware.eu/plugins/mediawiki/wiki/fi-ware-private/index.ph p/IoT_Broker_Northbound_API for a first example of how this could look like (still incomplete). Otherwise the whole resource structure/table of operations would have to be repeated and maintained multiple times. In general, I think a benefit of using standards is that their description can be centralized somewhere, so why not exploit that benefit.
