[Fiware-iot] SVN access bug

Dear All,

Only admin members of the IoT project can access the SVN. There is a bug report on this since beginning of December.
As a workaround, if you want to access SVN, please let me and Dénes know, we will upgrade your account to admin temporarily and downgrade back when you finished working with the SVN.
