[Fiware-iot] educational material of the IoT section in the wiki

Dear All,

I tried to make some order in the wiki collecting material of the
educational sessions.

But as I was not there myself, so could you please help me out with the
following?
Thierry & Laurent: there were 2 versions of the IoT Gateway Data
Handling GE, I used Thierry's because the other one had outdated
architecture figures, OK? Should we use both? Then please make changes
or let me know.
Jan & Jakob: there were 2 versions of the Gateway Device Management GE,
I used the one from Fusion Forge, should we use both? Then please make
changes or let me know.
Tarek & Payam: there were 2 versions of the UoS presentation, a shorter
one and a longer one, I took the shorter one which was in the Forge, if
these two are different and you would like to make them both available,
please put it there, or let me know.
Tobias & Salvatore: I renamed your stuff's title in wiki, please let me
know if these new titles are OK & whether I missed some material, or are
these the only ones

All: there was a bullet point "Demos", was there anything like this in
the IoT chapter? Please let me know.
