[Fiware-iot] NGSI test cases

All,

We have prepared a first version of the JUnit test cases for NGSI-10, see https://forge.fi-ware.eu/plugins/mediawiki/wiki/iot/index.php/IoT_Private_Wiki_Page_for_NGSI10-Testing

We will work on the implementation of the other test cases. As I have mentioned earlier however, we need access to an NGSI-Server against which to test - it is not in our intention to develop such a server just for testing purposes!

See please, can someone provide us with such a server; either as binaries to be installed locally, or just a URL of a server instance that is accessible online.
