[Fiware-iot] Protocol Adapter test cases

Hi all,
we've inserted the junit test cases of the Protocol Adapter GE in the wiki at the following links: https://forge.fi-ware.eu/plugins/mediawiki/wiki/iot/index.php/IoT_Private_Wiki_Page_for_Unit_Testing_Plan and http://forge.fi-ware.eu/plugins/mediawiki/wiki/fiware/index.php/Gateway_Protocol_Adapter_-_Unit_Testing_Plan  .
We placed them into both directories because we don't know the correct page where to place these tests. Moreover we've added a new svn directory, JUnitTestProtocolAdapter, containing the documentation (094910r12ZB_GWG-ZigBee_IP_Gateway_Test_Specification) and  the zip of the junit test cases, JUnitTestProtocolAdapter.zip.
