[Fiware-iot] URGENT: Update of testbed cockpit wiki page

Dear all,

Another urgent topic but just a quick answer and I will update the wiki...

Extract from Telefonica email:

"The thing is that D10.3 (Integration Plan) is already delayed more than 3 months due to numerous adverse circumstances and we can almost release it now. It looks like all the problems have been tackled and there's just a last thing to deal with. There are tests related to GEs from IoT that are missing in the doc(or maybe they do not  apply) but we need your inputs."

We have just to fullfill the cockpit wiki page: https://forge.fi-ware.eu/plugins/mediawiki/wiki/testbed/index.php/Testbed_V1_Implementation_Cockpit

And you have the related email from Paolo Zampognaro. I assume that each of you have subscribed to this testbed mailing list because each developers team has to do it to managed the whole process from specifications to available code on the tesbed.

The relevant actions for us are:

*         NEC: is it ok for the IoT Broker or delayed in September

*         Ericsson: is it ok for the Things management part in the Gateway or delayed in September

*         TI: is it ok for device backend management (Zigbee part) or delayed in September.

Based on the technical roadmap, the other are delayed in September.
