[Fiware-iot] Splitting the Things Management GE

Hi Juanjo, all,

In the next weeks we would like to implement the split of the Things Management GE between Configuration Management and IoT Broker. In order not to introduce inconsistencies, we try to get an overview of which wiki pages and what else needs to be changed accordingly.

In my opinion, this is

-          the architecture description

-          the open spec

-          the backlog (with features, epics, etc.)

In addition

-          the tracker system

-          the catalogue (should this be now done already or at a later time?)

Anything else we forgot?

  Of course, by no means this change would fit in in the first Release.   This is something to be planned as part of the Second Release activities.

  I guess it was somehow implicit, but just wanted to make it explicit :-)

Technically it would be absolutely no problem to do the split, as the two GE parts have a well-defined interface between them.

I do not know when exactly and how to perform such a split, but I would prefer to do it as soon as possible.

Please tell me what you think about this, and of course I would also like to hear the opinion of Telefonica, our partner developing the other part of the Things Management GE.
